A leading national law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for one of its U.S. offices, including Palo Alto, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Diego, or Austin. This role applies detailed knowledge of professional methods to produce, review, and analyze conflict of interest reports and to perform government sanctions screenings, ensuring client service and satisfaction throughout.

The Conflicts Analyst produces and reviews conflict reports using the firm’s conflicts software, conducts factual research on clients and matter parties through corporate structure and government sanctions databases, and identifies corporate and affiliate relationships. The role also involves determining whether relevant matters have been closed, retrieving existing waivers, reviewing new requests through the firm’s in-house workflow system, and independently analyzing reports with limited guidance from conflicts coordinators. Additional responsibilities include submitting conflicts analysis results to attorneys and secretaries, requesting ethical walls as needed, maintaining corporate family trees, and retrieving and sending waiver letters upon request.

Candidates should have at least one year of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or comparable law firm experience in a decision-making role), with Intapp Conflicts experience strongly preferred and proficiency in Microsoft applications required. The salary range for this position is $63,000–$99,000.
