A prominent Los Angeles law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate is a seasoned plaintiff-side employment attorney with at least five years of experience handling labor and employment matters.

In this role, the associate will draft legal documents and correspondence for client cases, conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis, and assist with litigation processes, including trial and hearing preparation. The associate will collaborate closely with senior attorneys on labor and employment law matters, maintain organized case files and documentation, and communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and gather information.

Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California in good standing. Strong writing skills are essential, with the ability to draft clear, polished legal documents, along with proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.

The salary range for this position is $200,000–$250,000.
