A leading Am Law-caliber law firm is seeking an Associate Director, End User Product Management for one of its major U.S. offices, including New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, DC, or Denver. This leader will own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day experience of the platforms attorneys and business professionals rely on daily, including iManage document management, the firm’s intranet platform (built on Infodash and SharePoint Online), and its Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program.

The role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution: building and mentoring a product management team, establishing consistent practices around roadmaps, requirements, vendor management, and adoption tracking, and driving measurable improvements in how people experience technology at work. Responsibilities span managing the iManage vendor relationship, overseeing intranet governance and content strategy, driving adoption and integration across iManage, Microsoft 365, and the firm’s intranet, and using data and feedback from the DEX program to identify and resolve friction points across the technology landscape.

Candidates should bring a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft 365, or iManage a plus), 7–10 years of progressive product management or IT leadership experience (law firm experience preferred), and hands-on experience with legal technology and digital workplace platforms. The salary range for this role is $164,000–$257,000.
