Legal Practice Coordinator
CM Legal
A leading law firm is seeking a Legal Practice Coordinator for its Seattle office. This role acts as the backbone of daily operations for a team of attorneys, blending administrative coordination, client relationship management, and financial support in a fast-paced legal environment.
The coordinator maintains attorney calendars and deadlines, serves as a primary point of contact for clients and colleagues, and manages paper and electronic files in line with firm records policies. On the billing side, the coordinator manages attorney time entry, assists with budgets and prebills, and helps finalize and send invoices. The role also covers domestic and international travel logistics, meeting and event planning, and general proactive support that frees attorneys to focus on core legal work, including mentoring junior team members.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree and at least three years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services setting, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal billing/CRM platforms (e.g., Aderant or 3E), and excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills. The salary range for this role is $80,000$110,000.
