A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its Complex Litigation team in Seattle. This paralegal will partner closely with attorneys to manage complex cases from intake through resolution, applying strong project management skills, procedural knowledge, and technology to maximize efficiency on every assignment.

Core responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent litigation matters, conducting factual and procedural research, and reviewing and analyzing documents and data to provide insight and recommendations that further case objectives. The role also involves preparing and editing a range of written materials — correspondence, memoranda, and drafts of legal documents — along with maintaining case files and data. The paralegal will mentor junior staff, manage discovery requests and productions, and maintain proactive, ongoing communication with client contacts. The firm also asks that team members contribute to shared knowledge resources and best practices for the broader litigation group.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), a minimum of seven years of relevant litigation experience, and trial experience, along with strong discovery management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The salary range for this role is $122,000–$169,000.
