A full-service business law firm has an immediate opening for a Senior Conflicts Analyst. This role supports the firm’s Conflicts Analysis Team, handling new business conflicts checks, new hire conflicts analysis (including confidential communication and ethical walls/screens), conflict waiver drafting and tracking, and large-scale conflicts database management and reconciliation.

The role also covers systems maintenance — fielding questions on intake/conflicts software and providing training to staff and new hires — along with recommending process and policy improvements to better serve internal and external clients.

Candidates should have familiarity with Intapp Open and a minimum of 3–5 years of independent conflicts analysis experience in a large law firm, along with conflicts database management experience. Familiarity with 3E, iManage, and Intapp Walls is preferred. This is an exempt position, not eligible for overtime.

The expected pay range is $90,000–$100,000 per year, with the potential for a bonus depending on experience and performance. The firm offers a competitive salary, 401(k), profit sharing, and a full benefits package.
