A fast-paced law firm serving the DMV region is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Attorney for its Gaithersburg, MD office. This Associate Attorney role focuses on representing clients in Workers’ Compensation claims, handling matters at both the administrative hearing and appeal levels.

The attorney will typically attend hearings three to five mornings a week, using afternoons to prepare for upcoming hearings and meet with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving, settling, and mediating workers’ compensation claims, along with attending to other client matters as they arise.

Candidates should hold Maryland Bar admission (DC and Virginia admission a plus), with 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred but not required. Fluent or native Spanish proficiency is required for this role.

The salary range is $100,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a merit-based bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), a pension plan, paid time off, bar membership support, and CLE coverage.
